Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Kawsar Dental ("we") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Dental MS platform and services (the "Service"). We process personal data as your service provider and design the Service to be secure by default.
1. Information we collect
We collect account information you provide at signup (clinic name, your name, email), the patient and clinic data you enter while using the Service, and limited technical data such as IP address and browser type. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider under its own terms.
2. How we use information
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, to process payments, to communicate with you about your account, to enforce our Terms, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Sharing and disclosure
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting, email, and payments) under written confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. Each clinic's data is kept separate from other clinics.
4. Data security
We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we follow secure-by-design practices appropriate to a healthcare-adjacent application.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, plus any period required for legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You may request deletion of your data subject to those obligations.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, or export your clinic and account data through the Service, and you may request deletion. To exercise these rights, contact us through the Support option in your account.
7. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for use by dental clinics and their staff, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection law.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
10. Contact
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us through the Support option in your account or at the email listed on your account.
